California Road Report App Reviews

This is a great app. But dont get it expecting the companion watch app to work. My initial rating was a 1 based on my disappointment with the watch app. However, the phone app is good.

I travel to the Mountain area frequently. I rely on CARR to get me there and back Safely. It is reliable and so easy to use. Up to the minute traffic conditions, chain control alerts, road cameras. All work Great ! Thank You !

Whatever you need to know about the current road conditions wherever. It is perfect. Great job. Updated 1/7/15 Funny thing about road conditions is they are constantly changing. But dont expect to get current info here. Checking multiple sources for chain controls proves this app is bunk.

Im having the problem still. If you open the app on the watch either glances or the app itself it says "searching for _____" after a couple mins of searching, nothing happens. As soon as I open the iPhone app, the data requested appears on the watch. Thanks for working on it and reading your reviews. Its a great app I use daily.

My list of incidents has been blank for about 2 months.

Sense the last up the app does not wood as before. It open with a full map of the US. Have deleted and reinstalled with no help.

This app is great. Saves a lot of time constantly check CalTrans website (which isnt even fully mobile-compatible). Selective notifications are great - I get only the info I want.

Just updated and now it will not open.. Its a great Ap when working.. Please fix the problem. Thanks

Was a great app until the last update. Closes as soon as you try to open it. Ive deleted and reinstalled the app with the same result.

Edit-2/8 update resolved prior update problems, app is now working again for me. Newest update causes app to no longer work on iOS 7.1. Needs to be fixed and, like many other apps, better tested before rushing out updates to "fix" the watch and 9 issues

This is the app to use. I like to make sure roads are safe and clear, this is the ticket. Thanks for this app!

The app works well, and is easy to navigate. It provides multiple choices to get road and traffic info. The map function is great. I cant give it a 5 star rating because I just listened to the Chico CHP office close SR149 for 2 hours because of a bomb threat and the app never showed a single thing. Its probably because the agencies did not put the info out for the app to access. Still, this needs to be addressed by the programmers.
